House order

Dear Guests!

On behalf of my colleagues, I promise we will do everything possible to ensure your stay is joyful and seamless.

Please help us preserve the order, cleanliness, and condition of the furnishings at Gella Kúria Guesthouse.
We kindly ask that you acknowledge and comply with the house rules.

Check-in / Check-out

You may check in to the guesthouse from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Entry is self-service — the key is located in the key safe at the gate, and the code will be sent via SMS the day before arrival.

Only registered guests may stay at the guesthouse. The host reserves the right — without prior notice — to verify that only registered guests are present.

On the day of departure, the guesthouse is available until 10:00 AM. Please make sure to lock the building — including windows, roof windows, and doors — turn off the air conditioners, and return the key to the safe. It is important that parasols are NOT left open when you leave.

Water

One of the greatest treasures of the vineyard hill is water. Unfortunately, despite several well-drilling attempts in recent years, the house has no private well or mains water. The water supply for the guesthouse is provided by a 5 m³ stainless steel tank located in the basement, which we refill using a water truck.

This amount is sufficient for 2–3 days under normal usage. The water comes from Tótkomlós, but due to the storage tank, it is not recommended for drinking — please use the bottled water provided in the kitchen for that purpose.
We kindly ask you to conserve water.

Cleaning, Waste Disposal, and Handling

The guesthouse is always handed over to you clean, and you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during your stay. Upon departure, please do not leave dirty dishes or garbage in the house.

Selective Waste Collection

1. Household (communal) waste should be placed in the kitchen trash bin. If it fills up during your stay,
please empty it into the bins located in the parking area.

2. All other waste — plastic, metal, paper, glass — must be placed in the selective bins located in the bin storage area.
According to the law, plastic, metal, and paper bottles should NOT be compressed, as the machine can only scan the QR code on intact bottles.

Important! Garbage trucks do not serve the vineyard hill, so all waste must be transported away separately.
Please help us protect nature and comply with legal regulations by collecting waste selectively.

Littering in the forest or dumping trash bags is strictly FORBIDDEN! If the property is left in an unacceptably messy or dirty condition,
an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
This fee is: 50,000 HUF.

Wellness

Showering is mandatory before using the jacuzzi. You can use the shower located in the sauna for this purpose.
Body lotion, sunscreen, and other substances significantly reduce the cleanliness of the jacuzzi water! As a result, the water will initially foam and gradually become dirty and cloudy.
The jacuzzi can accommodate 3–4 people at a time. If more people enter, a significant amount of water may overflow from the tub and the jets may stop working.

Use of the jacuzzi and sauna is at your own risk; we are not liable for any personal injuries.

FORBIDDEN
! Using the jacuzzi or sauna under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances.
! Eating or bringing glassware into the jacuzzi or sauna.
Children may only use the sauna and jacuzzi under direct parental supervision.
